Return & Refund Policy (Digital Products)

All products sold on this site are digital downloads (PDF strategy decks and templates). Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges.

Refund exceptions

Refunds will be considered only in the following limited situations:

• You were charged more than once for the same purchase

• You never received access to the download and we are unable to provide it after reasonable troubleshooting

• The file is corrupted or materially defective and we cannot provide a working replacement
