You may not:

  • provide the files to clients, customers, students, or third parties as a standalone deliverable

  • reproduce the product for resale or create derivative products for resale

  • remove copyright or attribution notices

3) Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed through the site’s payment provider(s). You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information.

4) No guarantees / informational use

These products provide frameworks, guidance, and templates. Results depend on your execution, market, offer, and other factors outside our control. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

5) Intellectual property

All site content and digital products are owned by Bohan Marketing or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership.

6) Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bohan Marketing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product.
